for scocial justice dr ambedkar had provided for caste based quota to sc/st for 10 years. it is now 57 years and still quota system is going on. do u think he was a fool? also why creamy layer concept is not being recognised by the government? why should a rich person get the benefit of reservation? if reservation has to be there, it should purely be on economic criteria and not on caste basis.

Most of the OBC/SC or ST candidates come from those families that have availed the advantage of this act since independence. That is why UPA has filed affidavit in SC that creamy layer concept will lead to 75% of the seats will remain idle for want of candidates. This is the true face of the so called social justice provided by the leading party of UPA since independence. They now have a Jaichand as HRD minister & Yashwant Sinha coined charracter from mahabharat as PM to strike at the very foundation of the nation.
