The original concept of reservation during framing of CONSTITUTION was based on a supposition that the society was not balanced socially or educationally, because of a long FOREIGN RULE WHEN country's resources were drained out or were choked. From the date of effectiveness of CONSTITUTION, long 40 years (upto1990 January)were kept for making the balance. ALAS! the way CONGRESS led the country, 400 yeras given, the target WOULD NOT BE MET. WITH RAMPANT CORRUPTION, ITS NOT POSSIBLE! So, the S C has done wisely. Another point is that the backward class has now shifted towards 'brahmins' by all means! LET THE TRUTH BE PUBLISHED NOT HIDDEN!
