The politician are trying to dominate our judicial system.The country has remained democratic just becuase of our healthy judicial system.The politicians have a complain that our judiciary is interfering in its matter.It is to remind them that the Honable court has not initiated a suo-motu in this matter. A citizen of the country being aggrieved by the Central Govt. decision on reservation has moved the Court and the Honable court has given justice.First the politcian should try to understand our constitution. After a long debate it was finally decided and mandated in the Constitution that reservation must be given to SC/ST, for a period of 10 years only.There is no provision in constitution, for any type of reservations, for any other caste or religion,other than SC and ST category.However, as per the provisions in our constitution,the Govt. can make provision for upliftment of educationally and backward classes. These special provisions mandated in the constitution has been misinterpreted by our politicians and they do not know what this special provisions can be for the society, other than giving reservations.They are totally exploiting the situation and reservation has became a tool for acquiring votes.What can be expected from our leaders who are trapped in camera for raising questions in parliamemnt or arrested in airport for(recentlY0 a shameful act.
