impossible. Even US with all its might and affluence still has 10% poverty, India with more than 3 times population will never be able to become a developed country it is impossible

HAHAHAHAAHHAHA, Dalit raj, one day when the dalits would rule, then the upper caste would become the lower caste. Then you would be the upper caste. At that time of your rule, your leaders would provide reservation to the todays UC. HAHAHAHA. And again the same story. Do you think you would be getting anything from it. People with low marks will become Doctors and engineers and people would be dying everywhere due to wrong treatment and low quality infrastructure and then you may also be the one to die. Instead of supporting this quota system, you should try to compete in the market and upgrade yourself. Then nobody would call you dalit or lower caste. If you go for quota the name dalit will stay with you forever. I think we Indians should change our mindset of getting things done easily and go for healthy competetion so that we'd be competetive at the world level.
