moral right of parlament

indian parlament have only support of 20 to 30 % of indian citzen's. so i think that supreme court is better equiped to revie laws. in Rajasthan we saw the basis of reveration. one community said that if you give us reservation we will vote for you. the party was ready got vote and came to power. shame for indian democrcey.

We hav only a minority goernment in the center and such a government shall nt abe allowed to tamper with the lives of people by enacting law meant to boost their vote banks .The courts should be vigilant to protect the constitutional rights of he people ,but for the courts these dirty politicians will devour the people .
