Brahmins are just 3%, not 10%. Biggest enemies of Dalits are Brahmins and other Aryan OBC castes who are masquerading as OBCs.

Biggest enemies of Dalits are Dalits themselves and no body else. It is your mindset which brings you that inferior complex. Change your mindset and you will see reality. The politicians are not helping you by implementing reservation. It is only a vote catching tactics and fooling the whole population of the country to capture the chair. Their aim is to be in power as long as possible, let the people and the country go to dogs, they are not bothered.

If UC is 10% we then want minority status and will take away 90% of the seats.
Try to think fair dalitraj. If minority you need reservation. If majority you need reservation! Oh oh!
Getting a seat in IIT/IIM is not important. Let me see ~ 90% of the 'reservation' guys will fail. Not because they are not intelligent. The intelligent ones are invariably poor and cannot afford to exploit the system. Other 'money men' will exploit it. Simple!
I have a friend who is a ST but he is very intelligent. Thus I dont mean to speak ill of other's caliber!
