the point is ....even you kno the fact that american software industry can not run without being helped by Indian Engineers.

And what did you say "highly qualified americans"...dude go check the stats.....hardly there would be any american whose must have done Masters........Every working facility have 8 out of 10 masters are not american....and 7 out of that 8 are INDIANS.....

Indian are dominating american employees ....only because they much more capable of american......Wait for a couple of more years dude...you will see the diffrence....

Seems like Mr. Andrew Watkins lost his 'potato job' to an Indian. My heartfelt sympathies are with you...

Common guys. Donot fight here for silly reasons. Just be calm and observe the benefits that India is gaining when USA is allowing more and more of H1's. Indian economy is growing at around 9% right now, fuelled by the inflow of money in to India. NRI's remitted around 20billion on average every year since last 3 or 4 years. Even software companies are earning money to the tune of around 20 billion on average for last 4 years. Pharma & apparel exports are also making sizable contributions. All this foreign money is aiding in the development of the country. Especially, improving the standard of living of the common man and bringing people out of poverty. Is it not the good thing. Just stop fighting and work for the development of the INDIA and fellow INDIANS. JUST FIGHTING WITHIN US in the name of religion or caste doesnot get us anywhere, and we will be loosers in the furture. LOOK AT CHINA. HOW IT IS TURNING ITS PEOPLE TO WORK HORSES AND MAKING THEM SLOG FOR HOURS TO INCREASE ITS STANDARD OF LIVING. LEARN BY LOOKING AT OTHERS if you cannot get new ideas for development.

so, all in all, we are getting around $60 to $80 billion on exports and the NRI remittances. So, donot hate anyone and try to accompany all and lead the way towards development, instead of getting in to silly fights with which, nothing is going to happen.

RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN ONLY FOR THE POOR, AND TO ERADICATE CASTE DISCRIMINATION, WE HAVE TO ASK GOVT TO ENFORCE ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAWS WITH IRON-HAND. NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF RESERVATIONS ARE GIVEN, UNLESS WE ENFORCE ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAWS, CASTE DISCRIMINATIONS THAT WE SEE NOW ARE NOT GOING TO GO AWAY. THE RASON WHY THESE DISCRIMINATIONS BASED ON CASTE WERE FRAMED IN THE FIRST PLACE WERE TO KEEP PEOPLE SUPPRESSED AND ROB THEIR SERVICE. UNLESS THE ANTIDISCRIMINATION LAWS ARE ENFORCED STRICTLY, THIS WILL GOON, NO MATTER HOW MUCH RESERVATIONS ARE PROVIDED.
