The decision is correct. Let the governmentcome up with fresh data on OBC's and then put up their claim. In 1991, the judgement by the apex court was keeping in mind the circumstances that existed at that time and there was no other way to cool the situation,other than accepting the 1934 data. the only mistake that the court made was not to direct the government to go in for fresh data and keep the order valid only until then.Unfortunately, it did not do this.Let the present government get fresh data and as in TN, if the OBC's have increased, let them have a bigger share.No need to restrict but let it keep out the non creamy layer only.
