If not there can be good excuses for avoiding it. 2]India can search alternatives. 3]USA has very simple equation - Are you enough powerful and / or effecting their Status - Tnen no internal laws etc come in the way. 4]Say today YES or NO. Why linger?

hi hi ... linger is a correct word as per Oxford dictionary ... it means holding ones decision for eternity, I coudn't find the word CUROUS ... what it means u THE intelligent?
