Because then, Rediff gets to cover it, Congress can take credit for Dr. Sood's rise to fame and the BJP can solicit him for their overseas organizations. It's a WIN WIN situation! Oh yes, there's the small matter of gun control laws in India and what are the implications of the Virginia incidents on that....
