I cant understand the judgement passed by the court. If a partner is cheating on the other and decides to move out to the house of the lover. Based on the judgement the has lost all rights to sue the other for adultary. This may look good now as the case was against the women. but let me assure you that this same judgement will be use by the men who are into adultary. There is an institution of marriage which we have to preserve. And if a partnet has been caught cheating he / she have to face the concequnces apart from divorse.
