May the souls Rest In Peace ... I strongly feel that the killer was a maniac ... and u can't do much about that ... As it says that u can't set fields for an overboundary in cricket , same way it's really difficult to judge the behavior of a lunatic who is not in his senses ... Even if the arms policy is casual in US , these type of incidents doesn't happen on a regular basis ... In india the arms acts are stringent when compared to US but the people (ex: ranveer sena , Fidayeen terrorists etc.) who are hell bent upon doing massacar still manages to acheive their goals with illegal guns and bombs ... So I feel the policies doesn't have much role to play in this kind of incidents ... The victims were probably very unlucky ...

Yes ... Mach bhaat kha kar ke hi bol raha hoon boss ... The people die in sunami , earthquake , hurricane etc. are also very unlucky ... No body wants these things to happen but still it happens ... same way this is also a natural calamity and u can't do much about it and yes Rather going parochial try to understand the crux of the sentence ...( ur other posts also shows that u r interested in the regions the people coming from , apni beti ke liye ladka search kar raha hai kya ??? )
