WHITEHOUSE:

"We respect the right of every american to own a gun."

President of NRA (National Rifile Association, a organization of Rich american thugs that has extraordinary policial influence on WHITEHOUSE)

"See the person , not the gun"

Folks America is the most unsafe country in the world. Only here, one can vent his shortterm frustration or anger in a MASSIVE way like this incident. This is still true. Any can become a victim of workplace or campus shooting. No body is EXEMPT. Its president is one of the most crooked man in the world. Stay safe in India.

Dude, 32 ppl died. 32. I know it's very sad, but really that doesnt make America the most unsafe place in the world. Do u know 10 ppl die EVERYDAY, on average, on the Western Railway in Bombay? Is this goin to stop ppl from travelling by train?

Their President's a but that doesnt mean all americans are . Let's hope the US looks into gun laws.

But that has nothing to do with Gun Laws. I am a Indian and on a green card in US. I firmly support the gun laws in US. For all those who don't know:
(1)Virginia Tech is a "Gun Free" zone. 32 people died precisely because no one else had gun on them. If students and professors were allowed to carry guns then the maniac would have been shot after 2 fatalities.
(2) Virginia does have a system of background checks. And Choe was issued a gun after required background check. His past record was clean.
(3) There is specific clause where gun ownership can be denied to people who have been diagnosed with mental illness. Although, people are talking about his mental situation there was nothing in his record which says he was interned into a mental institution. Without any records no one can say a person is mentally unstable.
I as a tax payer in US and who believes in Gun Ownership by law abiding citizen strongly object to people using this incidence to raise emotions.

india has gun law thats why innocents are killed, framed etc but those who do, get guns without the need to have a license and are never cought. incidents happen but that doesnot mean we should start throwing mud on each other. I like there gun law and also that they do back ground check b4 giving it. and the gunman in this incidence had a clear back ground.
