Obviously, the state is not developing because of caste based and creed based politics. The state is too unruly to manage and it would be better to break it up into smaller segments so that there is some hope of better governance.
I know it is easy to talk about these things when you are not in the ring, but this is just a suggestion with the hope that things improve.
