Before I can go ahead, I am expressing my deep and sincerest condolences to all victims' family.
Please read view of Dipak Bose.
This incident can not be linked up with American-Iraq relationship. I am an Indian, but wanna let you understand ground problems in universities of US as pointed by Dipak.
Also, if possible read the statements uttered by "Cho". He had no where mentioned IRAQ problem. His context was different. I read that some readers also had raised up their hands in context of terrorism. Before writing any view please understand context of incident done.
I have read "Cho" statements, if it is right, he is not psycho as MEDIA is expressing. Also, try to understand words expressed by him. He was a normal human being before commiting this incident. I recommend strict punishment for him as per US law.

"I recommend strict punishment for him as per US law." I am sorry above statement. He (Cho) is no longer alive.
Author was using big words like "humanity" and "value of human life". That could have been the reason why some users might have brought topic to compare the value of human life.

-> Rajneesh Read this line of author " I, myself, don't support America's foreign policy; "
I do understand what you wanna express. Imagine, if same article would have been written by non-american, you may have end up appriciating him.
US is self-centered and self conscious country, so "humanity" and "value of human life" is non-sense for them.
