It is highly regretted to note that innocent lives are sacrificed due to the irresponsible acts.

If they like, they can be sent to Iraq or Afganisthan to quell the terrorists.

Hello,
He was just saying that send these "mad" gunmen to kill "mad" terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. Are taliban not terrorists? Is Al Queeda operating in Iraq not terrorists? In the similar fashion, US an occupying force in Iraq is also a terrorist.
