"literacy queen!" You know what you are talking about? Probably that expression suits you than any one else.
South indian leaders are far better educated and cutured than their north indian counter parts. That is not surprising, considering the fact that any community gets the leader it deserve. You just cant expect a george bush to be Bihar CM.

Although belong to north India but this is true south India leaders are way ahead than their northern counterparts.
