Audience is bought for rallies and speeches, current rate could be Rs.100/per rally along with "travel and dinner allowance".
We Indian citizens (educated or uneducated) are very passive, no one is really bothered who are the rulers and what they do? As far as living standard of common person is concerned it will be the same, they will live in poverty for ever.
So with election, common villagers get some money by attending the rallies and voting! That%u2019s the reaon we have got mass crop of leaders like Mulayam, Lalu, Mayawati.. in plenty!
Does any one think if this pathetic scenario will change any time?
