Will the election commission initiate action against the TV channels that aired the contents and the regional english newspaper which printed a transcript?

media like IBN AAJTAK INDIATV NDTV STAR plus, Print Media showing all this must be banned today as they flare up everything by projecting these type of CDs whether communal or not.media of all sorts must be WARNED openly by all religions to stop this mudslinging--their own employees put PRESS on their vehicles against law and run like goondas---as per law only vehicles who r on duty to go for PRESS COVERAGE can have PAPER MADE SLIPS pasted on them.come on indians we start fight with press first and then rowdy lawyers criminal politicians-LALIT corrupted babus

The EC can not punish BJP on account of making of CD or distribution of it.As it has time and again been proved that they are only responsible to manage the election free and fair manner and derecognising of Party on this account or punishing party or central ministers on account of violation of code of conduct is beyond their preview or they can merely release statement of censure.When EC can not stop territorist of Banaras Bomb Blast or SUBBA RAO M.P. of CONGRESS from filing nomination and being elected to thje highest of institution how they can stop a party who is releasing C.D. of reality or Baranasi Blast. accused

Dear Whatever You have Said Against Press is Right !!! However this CD Case is just an EXCUSE to CHARGE Against BJP....... There is Nothing Inflammatory / Imaginative or Objectionable in that CD !!!! All This is KNOWN to Hindus for CENTURIES !!!!!!! Nothing New in that !!!! However This is Going to make MUSLIM MISDEEDS Open in Public and may Force them to MODIFY their Behaviour !!!! HOWEVER Its NOT Possible on this Earth Before KAYAMAT !!!!
