by md akhtar on Apr 13, 2007 12:26 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

what is a great deal in qualification. all government officials/beurocrates are qualified. does it make any sense. I personally had been asked from a senior professor to buy his book if i want to know how to solve a problem. question.

will the 10th class politician know the Indian constitution and it`s working?
Will he know his roles and responsibilities?? it is ppl like these who bring a bad name to the largest democracy in the world.
There should be some minimum educational requirement so that uneducated and underprivileged(majority) can vote a guy who knows how to help his constituency rather than himself!
