so mere education is no criteria. The most important criteria should be political acumen, responsibility and accountability. If there is means to assess this we could get a better system. Past records may be something, so people have to prove their merit before the are candidates. Most important of all is educating the common people. If they can make a studied choice, perhaps bad candidature can be reduced.

Why? A peons job require minimum educational qualification.And they rule this country or state as a minister, then why not there? It is not common people who chose them but they chose themselves on their own.This is the reason they dont have any concern about the people of this country and country itself.
