The very title of this write-up is mis-leading implying that muslims have so many caste divisions & are voting accordingly. But the author instead writes about caste based voting among hindus which is "an open secret"!

I think we shouldn't give govt money to mullahs and the muslims should earn air-fair for their pilgrimage than by accepting from ngos or govt.
