I like the deal & its potential. We need fuel for electricity, at the same time we are in a different neighborhood. Who ever formulate, they should formulate w/o hurting our security please. If you allow others to get any number of fuel, w/o any restrictions, you can test on their will & wish, but telling India to do this & do that is not good for the world.
