India needs to reprocess or continue to enrich nuclear fuel. What is the gain if India switches its dependence on foreign oil to dependence on foreign nuclear fuel? Besides to keep Indias nuclear weapons operational their nuclear fuel NEEDS to be REFRESHED . Bottom line is India must get SAME and EXACT rights as USA or no deal can be made.
