How absurd was Mr.Murthy sounding when he difended the controvery. I cant belive a person like Mr.Murthy is ashamed to sing the national anthem. I am sure other nationals will have due respect for Indians to sing their own national anthem. In other countries just because a few Indians are around they dont forget or mute their national anthems. Just a day before I was supporting Mr. Murthy's candidature for presidency now I take it back. I am ashamed that a person of Mr.Murthy's calibre has no patriotism to sing the National anthem just because a few other nationals are around...

Mr.NRN is not ashamed of singing the anthem. But he was so very courteous towards the guests that he said that. Cmon nobody is perfect. Moreover he has apologized. No more discussion to that

It is a matter of personal choice to either respect national anthem or not. In any case we are seeing it out of contect and trying to make a bg thing out of nothing. Some people decry worshipping God. In those days it used to be called Blasphemy. These days we have come to accept it. It depends on how you see it.
