As per one IFS officer,60% of these(IPS,IFS,ICS,IAS and IMS) officers are corrupt.Then we can safely assume that 90% are corrupt.SAU MEIN NABBE BEIMAN, MERA BHARAT MAN.Jai ho Neharu and GUNDI family.
