You have witness who saw him commiting the crime , You have a confession from the guilty party , Still Judicary is interested only in cooking a conspiracy theory ,rather than giving the final sentence . No wonder people are afraid to go to court. Jai ho Indian Judicary System !!!

Absolutely.... i agree with you man.
India is a place where thumping is easy... the crime is commited and the accused is relaxing, well all the eyewitnesses and the warrants are very much in presence but the court is unable to deliver the final sentence. If this continous then the day is not far away when crime will be a fashion and its just like another new arrivals.

how innocent you all sound. do you think mahajan's family is inetested in getting pravin hanged? comeon . the crime has been committed and entire world knows about it and they couldnot hide it. so they will delay it as much as possible. this new argument that a threatening mail was written is just to divert people's mind from actual cause of the murder. they just want pramod mahajan to have a neat and clean image . thats all. as for pravin, the case will go on and on and one day due to lack of evidence say after 5 yaers, when public memory has faded, he would realeased as non-guilty. its all planned well. right now they are aiming at cleaning up pramod mahajan's image thats- that he did not kill for an affair. and later pravin would be scott free after some 5 yaers. thatsall. its like moninder pandher case
