When judiciary intervenes for giving justice
by samson lawrence on Apr 09, 2007 12:24 PM   Permalink

none has the moral rights to question it.
If the judiciary doesnt give justice in a particular case why doesnt the prime minister intervene? Why does he allow situations in states where the judiciary becomes puppets in the hands of local political muscle power?
Perhaps he cannot justify the same faults his party does in similar sitauations.
So long as the judiciary or legislature intervenes for public good, truth and justice, we dont care.
The only thing that matters is they serve the purpose of democracy, the welfare of the nation.
