Considering the recent development in Kerala, PM made a very significant move. Power of ordinary people is above than any judiciary, government. If a person, whether he is a minister or a minister, speaks for the sake of poor people, for the upliftment of least developed community of the society, No Court has the authority to take action; ultimately poor section of the society's feelings should be taken into account.

So according to you if a modern day Robinhood systematically robs the well off (including perhaps you) and distrbutes the proceeds of his loot among the poor, Courts should not interfere. My dear friend, pretext of helping the poor cannot cloak patently unjust enactments.

Very true. But that action should be contitutional. No body has the right to violate the constitution.

Here in India, rich people has the right to do whatever they do... just need money to pour concerned judges' mouth. Plenty of examples are there. Salmankhan, Sanjay Dutt etc are some of them. Salman involved in multiple criminal cases. Did court take significant action against him? If it is a poor person.... he would have received 10 years free food in jail!. Plenty of examples can be cited. Everybody knows there is an illegal nexus between criminals/rich people and judiciary.
