UPA govt is in great sorrow because they are losing their grip over KURSI, As fas as judicial system is concerned , i think judicial system is another shield by indian constitution for poor public, any body in democracy if not satisfied can go to appeal against any act of anybody, thats the beauty of democracry. But democracy have some deadly points too. to segregate disasterous causes judicial panel sit, think, percieve,observe and then pass decision.but the govt only think and observe HOW THEY CAN GET KURSI. In recent years faith of common people in judicial system has been consolidated by point-blank decisions delivered by HC & SC. As to recent defeat of congress in MCD elections we can clearly blame congress and it's mismanagement. WHY? lets study over it. During congress regime Corruption always prospered, due to that prospered corruption PPL and bureaocracy joined hand for money and illegal constructions took place , this illegal construction will bring what result one day, officials were known to it but MONEY kept them quiet. after years when New delhi needed revamping then all that illegal encroachments highlighted by dint of parllel law. Now due to SC verdict it will be demolished, Who should be blamed? certainly the contemporary Regime CONGRESS, and now ppl replied with SLAP which will continue even in next VIDHAAN SABHA Elections.
