Mr Singh,
I didn't expect this from you, your comments on Judiciary were like those of a lay man. You very well know politicians are notorious in enacting laws to benefit themselves like the POTA and Parlimentarians holding second influential positions. In such situations the Ninth Amendment in the constitution will not help. The judiciary has to step in and validate the bills proposed. I encourage this even if it is considered a breach by the Judiciary. Your government like any government shields corrupt officials(IAS, IPS offices), ministers (Laloo). God knows whether Sonia is involved in Bofors case whom you and your subordinates may try to protect using your power of authority. The building democracy stands tall and survives the evil deeds of politicians and executives and a few corupt judicial officers for one reason, that is the pillar called The Judiciary. Please don't undermine it, youth might lose the confidence that they have in The Apex body if people like you speak insensible words.
Regards,
Indian.
