is it judicial activism?kapil sibal who is claening utensil at italy resturant(rd... sonia's) is saying "it is against the constitutional spirit n supreme court jdgement". can he tell after detaching from any political party. the nonsense like him (one other unwanted child of motherindia ARJUN SINGH)can sell any thing to get vote that to for italy & co. hey god ............plz take them away fromthis beautifull BHARAT to survive. they deserve to live in uncivilised/taliban country.

Is nt Kapil Sibal a minister holding an office of profit by being a practising lawyer? should he be banned. what's discipline. They say players must not talk to press they should only talk to board. by the same rule Kapil Sibal can only talk to sonia and not to media. why this indiscipline sack him!
