Cheers!!! to Justice Srivastava.Really a good judgement.Absolutely right,muslims dont need reservation,as they r not minority.In tht case Hindus should be given special rights in J&K. only then we'll be democratic.Why govt. is paying to muslims for Haz yatra?in the name of minority.Instead of that govt. should invest in construction of dams or roads & highways,which are beneficial for all indians.The major problem is illiteracy. We should elect leaders who is atleast a post graduate! One noticable thing is tht there are some highly Educated muslims who have come a long way from their conventional,orthodox thinking.A great welcome to them-from Indians.

Your views are biased and if in real term muslims are minority in UP and Hindu are also minority in J&K both sould get the benefit of being minority at respective states. government gives aids to Haz yatra this does not mean that government is promoting negetive feelings it means government should take care of emotions of every person regardless of cast or creed.If really you are concerned about the government aids then fight for the right to aid for Vaishno devi, Kumbh mela, Trupati balaji or any other pilgrimage of any religion.
And for the qualification of leaders education is not the guarantee to rational decisions and faster development. education only supports all this.
