Just proclaim & provide unconditional guarantee to all the ruling powers in respective states that they WILL retain, remain in power and rule for next 20 years without any kind of fear or challenge! Thats all, then see how this quota menace simply vanishes!

What? In fact they want the wealth of India in their family members name. If you say, all of Tamil Nadu belongs to your family, it may not be enough. Tell them all of India is your property, probably this quota menace will stop.
