True ! One day will come that Govt. will provide 5% each to every cast only sake of votes & people will fight among them for this quota. Politicians are nothing to do with QUALITY & STANDARD of Education. They only want to rule & want to earn money for themselves. This step was not expected from so called litarate 7 Educated State like Tamilnadu.
