Che Guevara - Cuban revolutionary ????
by Rahul Oberoi on Apr 06, 2007 05:57 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Great news. Finally professionally qualified people are taking their steps in politics.Only hope that they do don't get swayed by the fame and easy money. It remains to be seen whether they can change the system or the political system changes them.

Btw what was author thinking when he wrote about Che Guevara being a Cuban revolutionary ? He's Argentinian.

he is argentinian by birth but a cuban revolutionary. Just like MGR is born in Sri Lanka but an Indian chief minister.

I think he's a revolutionary for the whole of South America. Was just checking Wiki and he seems have fought almost everywhere in Latin America including Cuba and finally killed in Bolivia. That would make him a Latin American revolutionary. Must check out his film "Motorcycle Diaries"

What Logic kumar bhai. MGR was born in Sri Lanka but was an Indian citizen. Thats why he could become a Chief minister in India. An argentinian who also lends his support to the cuban revolution doesn't become a cuban revolutionary. By that logic, George Bush wants to bring about a democratic revolution in Iraq, so he should be called an Iraqi revolutionary.
