2 points to ponder

(i) Its not important whether they are from IIT or not. Whats important is whether they are honest and courageous. Ofcourse, the fact that they studied in IIT just indicates that they are educated and probably well-informed and they happen to be young, which is good.

(ii)To the select few who ridicule those abroad 'for not caring enough about India':
WHAT IS IT THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR INDIA? Just physically sitting in India doesnt make you any more patriotic. Again, this is addressed to only those who undermine those who work abroad with the simplified assumption that only if you are physically in India, you aid in its growth.

Did you say they want politics reserved to them only? Doesn't make any sense, as they are not into politics to any significant degree.
I understand you are for reservation, but i don't think its a relevant reply here.
