earthquate ..Punishment by God?
by Anusha R on Apr 03, 2007 11:39 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

how sad..we need someone to give us a little peace of information to discuss and debate on the cause of the info resulting in attacking religion, region, cast and community. I believe earthquate and Tsunami etc. are a balancing act of the Almighty, not necessarily that it should strike only where sinful people reside. In that case, let us accept that India too have lakhs of sinful people (remember the Tsunami in South INdia and EarthQuate, Plague etc. in Guj and Surat etc.), what about 26th July in Mumbai, the flood situation. Please, let us not relate everything to religion and fight like this. Let us sympathise with the relatives of the innocent people who died in these natural calamities.

I appreciate your views. Natural calamities should not be linked with religion. It can happen anywhere anytime. Nevertheless one thing we should have to remember is as to how, being a humanbeing, performs in the society. Good deeds always give good results and vice-a-versa. The Big Eyes above us is the ultimate decision maker and whatever happens and wherever happens rest in him only, ofcourse, when a tree falls, many little plants too fall along. bhuvanendran

In the hour of crisis we should not apply wounds with MIRCHI, but it should be utilised to help them and win thier hearts...India lost an golden oppourtunity during the devasting earth quake in the Jk area a couple of years back where the Aid was provided in Indian part of Kashmir but where as in POK no aid was reaching at time and India's request to interfere was turned down...It is very big lost oppourunity..and India did wrong decision then, becuase As POK is part of India ..that is final ..and in such situtation we have every humanatarian right to help them even without seeking thier nod. and that would have opened the eyes of the public in large and the world in general and Pakistan in particular......that POK is Indian and India could not tolerate people suffering.....( We should come back too after the Aid is over..)...any way by gones are by gones......
let us try to build relationship not destroy....Good day.
