I am actually shocked by the irrelevent comments posted on this message board.Any designer especially male(90% are gays) deal with women all the time and it is their job handling and touching them is a daily routine.Now a bitter rival or a rejected model wannabee can claim the were rape or abused and that would seems perfectly believeable.Jon being a outsider,an Asian Indian is a easy target for some desperados.The guy was accused but nothing has been proved by the court and he is not convicted so please wait before calling names to someone who is facing a horrible time thousand of miles away and lets respect the family and support them before condeming a guy who is one of the best talent among Indian origins.Its very easy to accuse someone in the United states and get some publicity and make a few thousand dollars free.Its great that he is out on bail.If Jon is guilty he will be charged but its obvious that a wicked vengeful loser is trying to hit back.

There is more smoke without fire in America tahn anywhere else! and especially with the Rape cases. Remember the Duke College Case!.
