It's not a new thing for our PMs...We have always faltered at crucial junctures.... Stopped liberation of occupied Kashmere when our troupes were advancing... Closed eyes when China occupied Buffer state Tibet.. and builtup for subsequent attack...We were busy in Panchsheel ..flying Pigeons with Chou en Lai. Instead of walking in Lahore found that most of the Rann of Kutchh was occupied...caught on the wrong foot not on extra cover... Sleeping while Kargil became painful tumour to waste public exchequer in the counter offensive. We,Indians need not panick over Havana About turn by the PM. It's simply an step ahead of above deeds.... Keep it up.
