What do you consider public norm
Rioting and massacaring citizens of the most idiotic excuses
Aborting fetuses because they are female
Burning women in kitchens because there wasn't enough dowry given
Bribing everyone who has ever held a public service post - ranging from peons to politicians
Not even shrugging in disbelief as murderers and rapists go free because they have fathers and uncles in the right offices
Is that what you consider to be public norm?
