Despite the doom and gloom, Yes we can do something Simple things 1. Pick up and don't litter from now and forever. 2. Donate a smalll amount to people who are trying to help the environment. I know that all of us have various needs but do something now. 3. If you have land in some rural part of India plant some trees and don't sell it for a few paltry bucks so that somebody can make a concrete structure on it. 4. Get together with your firend and start a project on your free time to clean one small area around where you live. 5. Instead of spending all your life at the office go out and support the local organisations that are working to preserve what is left. 6. Now this is a more aggressive idea that I had made to the auto makers and here goes. Pool some money with yours friends and buy one old dilapidated car at a time and scrap it, i.e take it permanently off the roads so that there one less vehicle causing pollution. 5. When you dirve, do not try to beat the system and cause a traffic block so that the automobiles are idling in a jam, causing much more pollution and harm to the environment.
Instead of talking, do something. The rewards are tremendous
