Mockery of democracy
by Gaurav Mittal on Sep 14, 2006 05:45 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Now this is a clear mockery of the institution of democracy. And probably this will also set another precendent: a government lead by an Independent. It would rather be better to dissolve the assembly and fresh elections are held in the state.

every good thing have a negative side too. jharkhand was formed so that development of the region can take place. we saw that it was indeed worked out.
but being a small state and we have seen that same thing has happen before too. think abt goa?
If we people realise and think about it , we will realise that we indians are responsible for it to happen. we say mokery of democracy... and so on... but have we realise that how many of us have voted. why cursing the leader? curse the people who donot vote.. we all have to think about it and if we want this not to happen again we all have to make use of democracy... jharkhand is one of the richest state and like wise india is one of the best nation .
let us all vote and choose the correct person. OUR CONSTITUTION HAS GIVEN US THE POWER WHY NOT TO MAKE USE OF IT.

It is not the mockery of democracy but the spirit of democracy. What Munda did today is a good step and a respect to democracy. What will follow will be the voice of the people expressed through their representative in the House. Only being not a member of any big political party does not make Madhu Koda inefficient or ineligible to the covated post.
