It's obvious that some nefarious designs are afoot to stir up communal conflict and disharmony. The authorities must get the culprits who's responsible for these perverse and distardly acts of mass murder. Any idiot can see that terorism is not just a states issue, but a national security issue and the responsibility of the federal govt - the buck stops at the PM's desk. Why is the spineless, do-nothing PM and Cong so reluctant to tackle this menace? What are they afraid of? Are they afraid that by taking steps to eradicate terror they will somehow rile their vote-bank?
