vande matharam controversy.Shia cleric on the issue

I agree with this article on vande matharam issue. As far as i could see the word vande in samskrit , it means only PRANAM in hindi . It only means arespectful homage to the mother india and no muslim can have any objection in paying respect to the motherland. Our ministers atleast some of them have got their foot in the mouth- viz obc reservation in institutions higher learning- I.I. Ts and I.I.Ms where only merit should be the criterion. and such ministers should be cut to size- and it is high time we denounce such over bearing attitude from these ministers - they owe their positions to the people - they very often forget this basic thing- they are not fit to be ministers.
