This is because of lapse in the Indian Security System at the Centre. Government is blaming Pakistan without knowing how to maintain the internal and external security System. No terrorists groups will attack without the local or political support. This is because of failure of UPA Governmnet at the Centre. Centre is supporting the Local Islamic Millitants in order to get the VOTES, who are having links with Pakistan. Great Politicians !!!!!!!
