Yes it's a small thing

Because:

What is a minor? 17 yrs is minor and 18 is adult? Many teenage girls in this country not only look like adults, but behave and engage in adult activities. While sex without consent is rape and is definitely a crime; if a sex-starved student from India gets seduced by a so-called 17 year old girl online, and agrees/asks to meet her, it is a small thing. It's not like they have raped a 2 yr old girl. If I am a 23 yr old boy and have never been laid and if girls back home never even looked at me; and if a 17-yr old hot babe here makes advances, am I supposed to control myself knowing that it's not abnormal for minor girls to have sex here?????

It's like 'Stealing is crime. But if you put someone who is very hungry and has no money, in a food store, and nobody is watching, there is a good chance they will steal food. It's a small thing. But then you come and catch them and everybody starts shouting the thief should be hanged.... Come on guys. Get real. Get practical. Catch the real paedophiles.

Rather than wasting efforts on such programs, the goverment should focus on developing girls with good values.

So you place the blame on the children who get molested then? How convenient. How disgusting. Anyone who would assign blame to the victim is in serious need of therapy.

None of the children portrayed in these stings are 17, in fact most of the time they have been 14 and under, a FAR cry from being as mature as an 18yr old.

What children? what victims? I think you got too emotional and forgot that they were undercover cops, not victims. Even if they had been children, the whole thing was online, and that's not molestation. If a minor thinks she is being molested, all she has to do is stop chatting. Nobody was forcing these so-called 'minors' into adult chatting.
