In most sting operation the person arested (so called predator) is contacted by the law enforcement officers. The person will be repeatedly bugged by the officers till he responding. The Indian Male beeing new for this kind of communication from a Girl/Lady/Woman is confused with the openness in the conversion.
The Indian Male becomes curious as the conversation appears to be comming form a mature person, but the Law Enforcement Officer posing as a minor girl keeps claiming as a under age girl.
In most of the cases the person arrested had driven to the meeting place to find facts, and don't know that he is going to comit a crim by driving to the meeting place.
There is always a benifit of doubt on the actual intentions of the arrested person, and the arrested person's personality needs to be considered before judging.
These kind of arrests are increasing, and there should be awarness of law for this kind of sensitive issues.
Either of the Governments should start advising visiting foreign nationals about these laws.

Absolutely incorrect. Read Perverted-Justice's website. They NEVER make first contact. They NEVER initiate sex talk. They NEVER bring up meeting first.
There are hundreds of chat logs posted on Perverted Justice's website. ALL of them follow the same scenario. Pervert contacts child Pervert brings up sex Pervert brings up meeting for sex
