Who the heck cares what Pak says, unless of course, this Afzal person has secretly been a Pak agent all along. The stupid BJP has made idiots of themselves by even bothering to comment on Pak Foreign Minister's comments - he's got a mouth, so let him talk - empty talk is as useful as a hole in the head, unless it's thrown out there as bait, and which the BJP swallowed hook, line and sinker.
