Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. Surely this holds true in this case but really a shocking how someone can make mockery of justice system in India get acquitted in some weird manner and go on to practice law. The remarks by the high court bench on the manner in which CBI has handled the case raises question beyond doubt on the functioning of the agency as independent body.... Hope this will send a strong message to CBI and lower court on the manner in which case was handled. All the investigating officers in this case should be suspended and stern action should be taken against them.
